Founded in 1910, Chanel is a major global player in the creation and sale of luxury products. Renowned for its cosmetics, it has a “Beauty and Cosmetics” division entirely dedicated to the design of unique products.


The Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted the uses and assessment processes of Chanel House cosmetics. The laboratory, in charge of validating the quality of the products under development, asked Fasfox to design new innovative solutions to ensure the continuity of the evaluation work in these new circumstances.

The solution developed by Fasfox in collaboration with the Chanel teams has greatly improved the state of the art of data harvestable in a non-experimental context (daily life) and has allowed Chanel to experiment with new ways of evaluating its products.
