Operational AI Agent Connected to Business Tools
Query your business tools and trigger automated actions through a secure and controlled AI agent.
Approving a discounted order means checking the CRM, the ERP, the billing tool and email before deciding. Each business tool holds part of the answer; none holds all of it.
Fasfox builds agents that query these tools and carry out reversible actions directly, leaving irreversible decisions to whoever holds the rights to make them.
Four screens to approve one order
A sales-ops assistant handling a discounted order opens the CRM to check the customer’s history, the ERP for stock availability, the billing tool for pricing terms, then email to dig up the thread that authorised the negotiated price. Every approval means the same trip across four screens, several times a day, often for a decision that takes a sentence once the information is actually assembled.
A demo that never shows the permissions
Demos run on a single test account with full rights and clean data. In production, each user sees a different slice of the data, fields have been renamed since the CRM was set up, and an action that looked reversible in the demo turns out to close a ticket permanently in the live system. That is the moment, once the project is already under way, teams discover there is no access model built for an agent.
An inventory of what can be undone, or nothing
Before opening write access, someone has to list what an agent can undo (draft a reply, tag a record) and what it cannot undo (approve an order, close a ticket, delete a line), then stay accountable for that list over time as the underlying tools change. Without this inventory, the access granted ends up either too broad and risky, or so narrow the agent becomes unusable.
Where automatic execution stops
We build agents that understand a request phrased plainly, query the right tool, and carry out reversible actions directly, a drafted reply, an updated record, a generated report. Anything classed as irreversible, or above a threshold agreed in advance with the business owner, gets proposed rather than executed, and handed to whoever holds the rights to decide. That threshold gets revisited as confidence in the agent builds.
